These terms form the agreement between you and the Company for your use of BooktheStage. Please read them before creating an account or subscribing.

1. Who you are contracting with
BooktheStage (the “Service”) is provided by Kamil Myszka. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Kamil Myszka.
If you use the Service on behalf of a band, business, or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract in your country.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By continuing to access or use the Service you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated version.
3. What BooktheStage provides
BooktheStage is a software subscription that helps independent musicians find venues, manage outreach and leads, track bookings, prepare setlists, generate performance agreements, and issue invoices. Some features use artificial intelligence to draft text and score venue matches.
The Service is a tool, not an agency or a booking guarantee. We do not book gigs on your behalf, do not guarantee any venue will respond or hire you, and do not guarantee any level of income. AI-generated drafts, match scores, contract templates, and coaching suggestions are starting points that you must review before you use or send them. They are not legal, financial, or tax advice.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service:
- for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- to send spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent communications, or messages that misrepresent who you are;
- to infringe anyone's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, including in content you upload, in prompts you submit, or in material you send through connected email accounts;
- to interfere with or compromise the Service or its security — including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, circumventing usage limits or access controls, or scraping the Service or its data;
- to build a competing product from our data, or to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service;
- to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
You must also comply with the terms of any third-party service you connect (for example your email provider), and with anti-spam laws that apply to messages you send.
6. Your content, prompts and outputs
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service — your profile, media, notes, venue records, messages, and other data. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and transmit that content solely so we can provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate the drafts you request.
You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use any output, for verifying that output is accurate and appropriate before you send or rely on it, and for having the rights to any material you input. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email support@gigpilot.app and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI outputs, and suspend accounts for repeated or serious infringement.
Contract and invoice templates in the Service are plain-language starting points, not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review any agreement before you rely on it.
7. Our intellectual property and your licence
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, models, databases, documentation, design, and branding. Subject to these terms and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own music business within the limits of the plan you have selected.
8. Plans, payment and subscription terms
BooktheStage offers a free plan and paid monthly subscription plans. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and are exclusive of any tax that may be added at checkout.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which handles checkout, card details, receipts, tax where applicable, and refund processing on our behalf. We never see or store your full card details.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account, which opens the secure billing portal hosted by Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures at third-party providers such as hosting, email, mapping, or AI services. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- you materially breach these terms;
- you fail to pay amounts due;
- your use creates a security, legal, or fraud risk for us, our providers, or other users;
- you repeatedly or seriously violate the acceptable use or content rules above.
Where practical and lawful we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the problem. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. When access ends you may export your data for 30 days after termination, after which we may delete it in line with our Privacy Notice.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bookings, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your messages and outreach, your use of AI outputs, your breach of these terms, or your unlawful use of the Service.
14. General
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
- Assignment: you may not assign this agreement without our consent. We may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Severability: if a provision is unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Notice, are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
